Deciding to hire someone is kind of the easy bit (not that I've made it look very easy). The hard bit is actually getting them to sign on the dotted line, for a fee that doesn't leave either side feeling like they've been completely stitched up. After our successful meeting with Fixer last week, we all agreed to offer him the job, but now I have to come up with a deal that he'll go for. And we have a slight problem on that front. [CONTINUES]
