I am an extremely competitive person and I strive to deliver great results in everything I do. In order to gauge success, you must be able to articulate clearly the objectives to your management team and track the progress towards your goals. At work, there are rare examples of individual success. Instead, it is more of a shared mission that can most effectively deliver extraordinary results. Being successful in my personal life is equally important.
