Secret of our success

A lot of it's about not being frightened of hard work and staying positive and determined. People often expect things to land in their laps and that never happens, so you've got to knuckle down and get on with it.

Biggest career lesson

It's quite easy when you're working with people with certain styles of management to lose confidence and shy away from saying what you want and believe in. It's about having confidence in your ability and opinions and speaking out.

Best piece of advice

If you're going to set up your own business, do it for the right reasons, because it demands so much from you. Do it in something you love rather than for a commercial reason.
