Miso Tasty

Six years ago, trained-chef Chung decided to create her own brand of miso. It took 63 manufacturing trials across the world before she hit on the right partners in Japan, and launched Miso Tasty in 2014. She now sells more than 15 tonnes of miso a year and the brand is stocked in stores such as Waitrose and Sainsbury’s. Chung has also penned Miso Tasty: The Cookbook
