Management Today has launched a Leadership Learning programme to offer executive education, an exciting new brand extension for Haymarket’s longest established B2B brand.

Management Today Leadership Learning is a programme of six online courses aimed at existing or aspiring leaders. Each course comprises webinars, video learning and articles which offer 10-12 hours of learning across a four-week period.

The first course, Leading With Purpose, kicks off on 25 January and helps students understand what purpose means in the context of their personal and professional lives and how it can shape their broader organisational goals.

Management Today is partnering with expert academics to deliver the content of the courses, including Chris Dalton, an associate professor at Henley Business School and author of The Integrated Leader. The programme is accompanied by a marketing campaign across multiple channels, with the strapline ‘A whole new way to see executive education’ and a bespoke web platform.

Robert Jeffery, editor in chief of Management Today, says: “Management Today Leadership Learning is an opportunity to use the brand’s global reach and data in a really interesting new way. We know there is a market for executive education that is less formal and more accessible and we have partnered with people who can offer something genuinely new in that market.”
