Who is he?

Tapscott is president of the New Paradigm Learning Corporation and chairman of Digital 4Sight. This Toronto-based think-tank invests corporate millions in the study of how the new media are transforming business, government and society.

How did he get here?

He has carefully cultivated his reputation as a leading authority on IT in business, and is a consultant to various Fortune 100 companies. In 1992 he chaired Canada's (and the world's) first internet advisory council, since emulated elsewhere.
