Ever felt you don't belong where you are, that you've been winging it all these years, that one day someone will find you out and expose you as an impostor?

Impostor syndrome affects up to 70% of professionals, making them feel that they are frauds who are about to be rumbled. The higher impostors advance, the further there is to fall and so the more anxiety they feel.

And wearing uniforms such as the 'power suit' only reinforce the feeling that they are acting.

Treatment involves building up self-esteem and encouraging failure to happen - to prove that it doesn't hurt that much.

Put it this way: if you don't suffer just a little from impostor syndrome, there's something seriously wrong with you
