The UK's leading property search website, Rightmove, takes the sector top spot again this year, its 82% market share helping to deliver revenues up 23% to £119.4m and operating profit up 26% to £87.5m - a spectacular margin of over 70%. But competition is increasing as the property market (at least in the south-east) booms - a new rival, Agencies Mutual, is due to launch shortly.
Aegis Media - which includesCarat and iProspect - was bought by Dentsu for £3.2bn in 2012, part of an aggressive global expansion by the Japanese giant.
