It's now one of the UK's - indeed the world's - leading outsourcers. With a huge and eclectic range of public-sector clients both here and abroad, it signed £2.2bn of new contracts in the first half of this year. But Hyman must avoid further Government ire such as that provoked by November's leaked letter demanding cost-reductions from suppliers.
