Chris Dawson's home retail chain "The Range" is growing relentlessly and now has around 110 stores nationwide. Dawson started in business at the age of seven selling ice-cream in his native Plymouth. He went on to become a market trader developing a patter that earned him the nickname 'Plymouth's very own deluxe Del Boy,' for his ability as a salesman. Sales have risen 118% while staff numbers are up 123% in the last five years.
