Lush Cosmetics, the Poole-based cosmetics operation, now has over 830 stores worldwide selling its beauty products with names such as the Champagne Supernova bath ballistic. Lush was established in 1995, the brainchild of Mark Constantine and his wife, Mo. After training as a hairdresser, Mark gained his business experience supplying the Body Shop then running a mail order cosmetics firm, Cosmetics to Go, which went bust. In 2012-13 Lush made £21.9m profit on £363m sales.
