Barnsley-based Melett supplies replacement turbocharger repair kits and parts for the automotive industry. Around 90% of its sales are exported with a growing market in China. The Warhursts, Ian and Nicola, acquired the business in 2002. Its 2012-13 profit came in at £6.8m on £20.2m sales.
