James Hook runs P D Hook, an Oxfordshire-based company which runs chicken hatcheries. The company provides day-old chicks and chickens, including the Oakham and Willow brands, which are supplied to retailers such as Tesco and Marks & Spencer. In 2013, PD Hook made £13.8m profit on £114.6m sales.
