Charron joined New York-based digital agency 360i straight out of uni. Within four years, she’d transferred to the London office and become the company’s youngest ever departmental director. Last year she joined Google’s market insights team. She’s an expert in ‘social listening’ and heads up Google’s connected consumer study in 63 markets.
