Re-read the agenda beforehand and de-stress with deep breathing and stretches. Put the phone on divert.
Start promptly. The first minutes are make-or-break in creating a conducive atmosphere. Look calm, sound assertive.
Delegate and rotate roles - especially those of time-keeper and agenda guard. This makes everyone more aware of the need to keep to task and be disciplined with time.
