There's nothing like having a decision hanging over you to make you feel stressed. Learn to make efficient choices faster.

CREATE A STRATEGY for decision-making. Have tight deadlines for each stage. Pressure will speed up the process.

RELAX. Do something enjoyable that will distract you from your pending decision and put you in a positive, energetic mood.

LISTEN TO YOUR INTUITION. But check it hasn't been influenced by old fears and prejudices.

MAINTAIN YOURSELF in decisive mode. Be clear about which daily decisions need time and which are minor choices.
