John Glen, Visiting Fellow, Cranfield - School of Management


John was Director of the Executive MBA from 2002 – 2004 and the Full-time MBA from 2004 – 2007. He has worked extensively in the area of executive education in the UK and globally. John has published over 30 commissioned reports for a variety of corporate clients and more than 50 academic and conference papers, his major academic interest being in the area of housing and health economics. John regularly comments on UK and global macro-economics and the finance of football on BBC radio and television having given more than 75 interviews in the last three years.

Holly Martin, UK Head of Biddable, Incubeta


Holly Martin is Head of Biddable at Incubeta, with 8 years of industry experience across multiple verticals including retail, travel, FMCG, entertainment and finance.

Holly’s experience working for some of Incubeta’s biggest clients such as M&S allows expert insights into retail strategy, omnichannel and paid media. Holly also heads up Incubeta’s UK biddable team.

Greg Klingaman, Strategic Advisor, Anyroad, and former Global Retail Director for Diageo


Greg Klingaman is a D2C retail and consumer sector executive with over 20 years’ experience leading omni-channel retail transformations and creating experiential destinations for major brands including Johnnie Walker, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and The Home Depot. Based in Amsterdam, he is currently advising AnyRoad on their European growth strategy, pricing, packaging, solutions, and customer messaging. AnyRoad is an experiential marketing software that empowers brands, retailers and field marketers to scale, measure, and optimise the impact of their experiences and events, whether in-person, virtual or hybrid.

In his previous role as Global Retail Director at Diageo, he architected and led Diageo’s £185M investment in creating Scotch whisky brand home destinations, the largest-ever investment of its kind in Scotland. He enjoys sharing his work at industry conferences and webinars including serving as a keynote speaker at NG Retail Europe Summit, Retail EXPO, Scottish Tourism Alliance, and Polaris Webinar Series. He has been published in industry magazines Marketing Week, Retail CIO, and Brand Growth Inspiration.

Greg has a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Marketing from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Buzzbike was founded by Tom Hares, an ex-Apple ad executive and Andy Nunn, a former strategy consultant at KPMG with an ambition to make it as easy as possible to get around the city on a bike. As well as it’s direct-to-consumer business Buzzbike also partners with companies to offer a low-cost, flexible way to get employees cycling to work.

Sean Keyes, Managing Director of Civil and Structural Engineering, Sutcliffe


Having spent over 30 years within the company Sean has become the dynamic leader he is today. In that time he has developed a forward-thinking, pragmatic approach to problem solving which allows him to lead with the team with strength and direction.

Sean adopts several roles within the business including the management of all client relationships and quality management of all processes, ensuring innovation and engineering excellence. As a chartered engineer for over a quarter of a century he supports the wider team providing expert technical advice when required and has developed many of the structural engineering practices within the company. Within the business he is one of the very few who has trained chartered surveyors, and civil and structural engineers, of which he is very proud.
