Dr Grace Lordan, Founding Director of The Inclusion Initiative and Associate Professor, LSE
Dr Grace Lordan is the Founding Director of The Inclusion Initiative and an Associate Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Grace is an economist and her research is focused on quantifying the benefits of inclusion within and across firms, as well as designing interventions that level the playing field for under-represented talent within firms. Grace is an expert advisor to the UK government sitting on their skills and productivity board, is a member of the UK government’s BEIS social mobility taskforce and is on the Women in Finance Charter’s advisory board. Her academic writings have been published in top international journals and she has written for the Financial Times and Harvard Business Review. Grace is a regular speaker and advisor to blue chip finance and technology firms. Think Big, Take Small Steps and Build the Future you Want is her first book.

Carol Rosati OBE, UK I&D Lead, GSK
Carol Rosati OBE has over 25 years experience of talent management and workforce development. She is a known advocate for improved gender diversity and inclusion since founding Inspire, a business network in 2008, which connected over 8000 board level business women globally across four continents. Carol joined GSK in June 2021 as their UK I&D Lead, co-ordinating and evolving their I&D strategy in the UK and was formally at the Met Office where she created and rolled out their first extensive ED&I Strategy. Since 2014, Carol has also been an NED and is currently the Senior Independent Director at both Southern Housing Group and Alliance Homes where she also chairs the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. She is also Vice Chair of UN Women UK.
Dr Douglas Board, Founder, Maslow’s Attic Ltd and Visiting Professor, University of Chichester
Douglas Board is the founder of the executive coaching business Maslow’s Attic and a writer and thinker on leadership. He worked in the Treasury and then in executive search, becoming deputy chair of a UK top ten firm, before completing a doctorate in the selection of people for senior roles. Jo Hill is a career regulator with more than twenty years’ experience at the Financial Services Authority, Financial Conduct Authority and most recently as Executive Director of Strategy and Risk at The Pensions Regulator. Jo is currently a Commissioner of the Gambling Commission and NED of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority. She is a passionate advocate for mental health having founded PauseBox.co.uk, serving as a Trustee of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute and previously serving as a non-executive of the City Mental Health Alliance.

In her role as UK Head of Business Marketing at Meta, she is passionate about helping brands, businesses, Influencers and agencies understand the ways in which Meta platforms can help them achieve their core objectives, and is constantly looking for new ways to inspire, educate and grow the industry.

Amy Butterworth, Consultancy Director, Timewise - Talent Through Flexibility
An experienced OD and change professional, Amy is passionate about building future-proof workplaces and enabling more diverse teams through flexibility. Amy oversees our consultancy projects and training at Timewise, and supports our Consultancy team to enable and challenge clients to embed flexibility for lasting cultural and structural change.
With an MA in Psychology and following several years in HR and OD roles, Amy made the move into organisation consultancy in 2010 and since then has worked on a variety of change and transformation programmes for clients including Jaguar Land Rover, RBS, the NHS and Sky.
Amy has been working with Timewise since 2017 and in that time has led Pioneer programmes for firms in the Retail and Asset Management sectors, developed our Flex Positive programme for employers and designed innovative pilots to improve scheduling and work life balance for shift based roles. Amy is currently advising several Timewise clients on their plans for hybrid working, and leading a trailblazing programme in partnership with NHS England & NHS Improvement, equipping 95 NHS Trusts to execute their own in-house flex change initiatives.
Robin Skidmore, Founder and Global CEO, Journey Further
Robin is the founder and Global CEO of Journey Further, a performance marketing agency working with world’s leading brands, including the likes of Sky, Liberty London, Marks and Spencer and Virgin Money. He previously co-founded Epiphany Search, growing that agency from 2 to 160 staff before it was acquired for a reported £18m in 2014. Joni Rautavuori, Group CEO, Tharsus Group
