Heston heats up over pasty tax

Quote of the day: 'It's hard enough for small producers who make things like delicious fresh pasties. There's got to be other ways of making money.' Celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal has weighed in to the pasty tax debate. 'I really don't know why they have done it,' he says of the 20% levy on 'above ambient temperature' food. 'We have some great artisan people in the food business. If we're not careful, we're going to make it too difficult for them to grow.'
