Joining CB&I as a graduate, Bryan became the firm's youngest principal engineer. The engineering graduate from Birmingham worked on National Grid's expansion at Kent's Isle of Grain in 2009. Bryan is now lead electrical engineer for the living quarters of a North Sea offshore oil platform, with a team of three engineers, six designers and a £2m engineering budget.
