Karla Hrabar, Health & Beauty Sales Leader, Procter & Gamble

Works: 4 days a week

As strategic sales leader on the Tesco team, Hrabar is responsible for one of P&G’s biggest business relationships, with a portfolio of sales worth more than £250m. Heading an account team of 13 people, Hrabar and her team continually over-deliver against expectations in a very tough market place. Testament to her managerial skills, all of her former direct reports have asked her to remain as their mentor when moving departments. Additionally, the team she led prior to her Tesco role was named P&G’s ‘Team of the Year’ in the UK for the first time under her leadership. Hrabar was offered her current position on a part time basis on return from maternity leave, and her pioneering success has led to other high profile P&G roles being structured so they can be worked flexibly.

Kelli Fairbrother, group head of strategy, Whitbread

Works: 4 days a week

A Harvard Business School MBA graduate and former U.S. army captain, Kelli works closely with Whitbread’s CEO and Finance Director, leading the business’s long-term strategic vision and working on key projects that support growth and value creation. Since joining in 2012, Kelli has led a refresh of the strategic planning process across the group, advised on Whitbread's international and technology strategy, and developed market and competitor insight to support the core business units, Costa Coffee and Premier Inn. Employing 43,000 Whitbread, is the UK’s largest hospitality company, and Fairbrother was recently appointed business development director to establish the Premier Inn brand in Germany. She has two young children and negotiated part time hours on joining the company.

Sarah Sasse, partner, Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co LLP

Works: 4 days a week

An equity partner at top 25 law firm Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co, Sasse co-leads its public sector practice, responsible for 15% of the firm's UK billings last year, and heads its Central Government practice. Her day-to-day role involves leading the public sector IT/outsourcing practice, advising public authorities and suppliers on multi-million pound deals, leading negotiations and managing significant client relationships. Sarah’s high profile successes include being seconded to the Cabinet Office to help draft the new Model Services Contract for Government IT and BPO projects, and advising on the £2.7bn Birmingham Highways project. Sarah has two teenage children and was appointed full equity partner while on maternity leave in 1999. Working flexibly on a 4-day week basis also allows her to combine childcare with increasing responsibility for her elderly parents.

The final ranking for the Power Part Time 50 2015 will be revealed on here on Mon 9 Nov.
