Melissa Burton, Founder, Goody Good Stuff

Burton launched gelatine-free sweets company Goody Good Stuff in 2010. Since then, her gummy treats have been sold in 20,000 outlets including Asda and Virgin Trains. The firm also exports to 27 countries, helping revenue grow by 160% last year to £1.2m. Burton, originally from New York and now based in Lancashire, recently won UKTI's Export to Growth prize.
