At 5'1, former optometrist Jeetly struggled to find work clothes to fit her petite frame. Last year, she launched Jeetly, a clothing brand for petite women that lets customers vote on which designs are manufactured. With no experience in the fashion industry, she has already sold products in 16 countries, secured retail partners in China and Russia and is in talks with John Lewis.
