Purity Brewing Company is changing the way we consume beer (video)

One of the UK's first craft ale breweries, Purity helped start the movement that transformed beer from drink of choice on a lads' night out to a lifestyle. MT visited the brewery to find out how it does it.

Over the past few years, craft ales have enjoyed a resurgence: gone are the socks-and-sandals stereotypes of your average ale drinker. They've been replaced by checked shirts and skinny jeans: hipsters have taken over.

According to figures published by food and drink consultants CGA Strategy last year, craf beer sales rose 79% in 2013 - that's 74 million extra pints being sold in pubs and bars all over the UK.

MT visited Purity Brewing Company, one of the UK's first craft ale breweries, to talk about how it is turning beer into a lifestyle choice.
