After completing a master's at the LSE, Magill joined international development consultancy Coffey and moved to Iraq, where she lived in shipping containers and helped raise $4m in investment. The mother of two, who is from Northern Ireland, is now based in London and works on projects for countries such as Afghanistan and Syria. She has secured contracts worth some £35m.
