Suzy Dean, 31

Dean is a tech entrepreneur trying to free remote workers from inbox slavery. Her business Addin365 aims to make digital collaboration more like being face to face, on any device. Her team also designed, built and released the world’s first – and still only – cloud-based productivity tool for Microsoft's Office 365 platform, called AddIn Work Hub. Started in 2015 with savings of £26,000, AddIn365's products are now used in more than 95 countries with clients ranging from WPP to TSB Bank. Dean had her first child in December and is also learning to be a pilot in her spare time.
