Create a culture of service excellence with a little help from Unisys' European study tour.

The closing date for the 1998 Management Today/Unisys Service Excellence Awards has now passed.

Over 1,100 companies requested entry kits and the winners of the different categories will be announced at an award ceremony on 6 July in the Churchill Room at the Houses of Parliament.

Those of you striving to create a culture of service excellence may be interested in a Unisys-sponsored European study tour, which takes place from 10-15 May. For further information, please contact Alan Standley on 01908 233762 or e-mail him on studygroup@taskexecutive.co.uk It gives participants the chance to learn at first hand from the experience and practices of European organisations including Avis, BP, TNT and Disney and to learn of the latest developments in EC policy on the Social Chapter and employment legislation.
