How do you manage growth? Chartered accountant Kidsons Impey thinks it has the answer and has produced a 16-page booklet entitled 'Ten Golden Rules for Surviving Recovery' for companies fortunate enough to be faced with the dilemna. Its prescriptions, which range from 'review your marketing strategy' to 'motivate your staff and give them incentives', appear eminently sensible but leave the reader wondering what, altruism aside, it all has to do with a firm of chartered accountants.
That is where the 10th Golden Rule comes in - 'Seek professional advice and assistance'. From where? 'Please contact the Kidsons Impey partner in your nearest office'. Rules, clearly, are more golden for some than for others.
