Amazon just released the advert for its first-ever phone. It's light on the 3D - but it does push Amazon Prime. Did anyone say 'Netflix'?

The race for Amazon to push its new phone, the Fire, out, continues apace: the phone was only announced in June, but the company has already posted the first ad for its new product.

Its advantages? We were told the phone was going to have 3D functionality (all the better for showcasing Amazon products with) - but the ad makes no mention of that. Instead, it pushes the fact that when you buy it, you get Amazon Prime, its Netflix/Spotify equivalent, for free. That's £79 a year your could save. Any chance it could be trying to out-maneouvre Netflix, the service's biggest rival...?
